Salesforce Introduces ‘Hire Me’ Button, Launches Workforce Partner Program

And train{ed} is now a Salesforce Trailblazer Workforce Partner!

Salesforce introduced a “Hire Me” button to its Trailblazer.me Profiles – or company-branded resumes of employees in its ecosystem. The firm said the new feature would help simplify how Trailblazer users hire and get hired by partner organizations.

The company said users could indicate interest in new work opportunities on their Trailblazer.me profile, while hiring managers can click on the Hire Me button to message and connect with potential candidates.

Meanwhile, Salesforce also launched its Trailblazer Workforce Partner Program, designed to prepare tens of thousands of new Trailblazers for jobs by 2028. The program will help more than 500 non-profit, educational, and workforce development organizations teach Salesforce skills. The company said the program includes “exclusive access to Salesforce curriculum and content, a collaborative community of workforce partners and employers, and marketing support to scale their programming.”

And we are happy to announce that train{ed} has joined the Trailblazer Workforce Partner Program as a partner!
